Old neighbor growing up was getting to be a pretty bad driver. He had just went and paid cash for a new 1/2 ton Dodge after he totaled the last one. His kids weren't happy because they wanted to get his license pulled. Anyways, he pulled strings on round bales and would throw them in a pile in the pasture. Now this was a pretty dang big pile. He wasn't paying attention and backed into the pile. Well in the process of trying to get unstuck, he managed to get twine wrapped around the entire drive shaft from transmission to rear axle. The truck wouldn't go real fast and was laboring he said, so he put it in 1st and drove the 35 miles home from the pasture. Parked it in the garage. Called the dealership and told them to come get it because the new truck had no power like his old one!!
