Residential- your own yard Estate-your yard and some acreage. 2 Availability of both the equipment and service. just like buying a tractor or other equipment, if you can't have parts or knowledgeable help. 3 your pocketbook? Some are for light residential and are not expensive, some go nearly $20,000.
