Priority valve is on the front of the transmission cover case. Look in the round hole on the rt side of the bell housing, behind the oil line going up to the power steering box their is a small cover with 2 bolts holding it on, valve is behind it. Pay attention to the way the valve is pointed, it needs to go back in the same way. Early covers have a round dome as this one does later ones are flat. The hdy pump will drop out the bottom if you know the secret of how to do it, I can take it out in less than 20 minutes, going back in is a little longer. No need to split the tractor..
