Gary: I can't speak to the Schramm unit itself--I'm not familiar with them. I was simply using the information you provided to cross-reference with known IH years of manufacture and it may or may not be relevant to a tractor that's only partially made by IH. In the link below, there is information on the I-4, which may provide you with some more useful info--I used it to guesstimate the year of your tractor. You may be able to post pictures now--the moderators block new posters from posting pictures to thwart spammers and such, but usually once you've posted a few times that will go away.
