The Dept. of Agriculture is as suceptable to the political winds as any other goobermint agency. It's been 40-50 years in my opinion since the Dept. of Ag. emphsis was on making life better for farmers and concerned about good nutrition for the populace. I said it in another post a couple of days ago and I'll say it here. The whole country has gone insane.
