I absolutely don't pay any attention to this kind of thing. I'll tell you why. I'm tired of a report saying this and that is bad for ya, and 2 years later another report says that that was all wrong and now this and that something else is bad for ya. Well P1$$ on that. I am not going to quit eating something for 2 or 3 years only to have another report tell ya that you didn't need to do that and it is OK and has been all along. Might as well eat what I want to. Meat, eggs, potatoes, whatever.
