My understanding is that no sales calls can be made to a cell phone unless they did business with you previously. I searched on line and hundreds of people say they get a call daily where the phone rings once and if they ansewr on first ring noone is on the other end. Calls to the # go unaswered or answered by uninteligable noise. Noone can figure what the caller gets out of it. The number is 855-703-4201 until you block the #,then without missing a day, calls continue from same number except last didgit. I have gone from 4201 through 2 3 4 to presently 4205 over the past month. I did hear about a scam similar to this that if you called the missed #,the charge was $50 per minute. 855 area code shows to be toll free but who knows.
