I am trying to use the one way cylinder to unload my barge box wagon using my Oliver 1550. It raises and dumps the load fine, but when I try to lower the wagon box, it doesn"t want to operate. I end up disconnecting the hose, sticking the end in a bucket or can and pushing the ball valve on the end of the hose to lower the box. Then recycle the oil back into the tractor. WHAT CAN I DO??? or what am I doing wrong?
