I snapped off a jack screw on my cast hub for our 4630. I remember hearing sometime ago about a pipe fit over the axle, notched back about 4 inches, to use as a press to get the bottom wedge out. If I can get it all apart I will set it at the desired width and never need to move it again so I may leave the broken jack bolt in place, but I will make sure it is flush against the back of the hub so the wedge can tighten up.
