I understand that real estate law of today is more complex than common law. I am not an attorney, but I did state my credentials clearly. If you are a real estate expert or an attorney feel free to state yours. What I specifically said was that if you turn someone down who comes to the table with exactly what you were asking, without any condition or changes, then your realtor may demand commission from you.
