The issue relates to an individual who lives across the street from our home in Dallas. This individual has been a problem for many years and we have not been on speaking terms for over 13 yrs.
The issue is not entirely settled, but what this individual was trying to do is now on "hold". By time a decision is rendered by the city council it won"t matter anymore what they decide.
