I am working on a JD B with a dltx 67 carb. The carb was rusted pretty bad, but I have had some luck disassembling it, and it has been soaking in carb cleaner for more than a week now. I still have not had any luck removing any of the brass plugs that are all over this thing. Any tricks? Would it help to heat? I thought that the brass would probably heat up faster than the cast and it wouldn't help, but I don't really know. Also, I cant get the screws out holding the throttle and choke plates on.
