2. Putting that aside, is the crankcase FULL of clean oil? (The HEUI"s depend upon the HP oil pump being fed a continuous flow of clean, dry, non-aerated oil from the engine oiling system.)
3. Besides all the "high tech" stuff the lift pump needs to be working, it needs clean fuel and a clean fuel filter, and CLEAN diesel fuel.
