The growing point is probably ok.
The problems are, the growing point needs to shoot through the now dead plant that was already up.
And the seed is likely pretty weak from being out in the cold ground for several weeks now.
So, its something to watch for the next few days. Pull so e plants in the next few days and split lengthwise, see if the growing point is still nice and healthy.
THRN you have to see if they will grow through the old dead part of the plant over the next week.
