Skip the SOS and buy one with a crash box. There are some guys that love them but it seems most of them have 30 years of experience working on/with them. Most any fellow with average wrenching skills can rebuild a manual tranny. Not so with an SOS. And many parts are NLA. I suggest you keep looking.
