We have a multi flow for our septic and the guy was doing the annual service. There were some small garder snakes around the lid. Well the next day there was one in our bath room. We presume it came up the sewer pipes.
At our old farm house a bull snake went up behind the siding and in later years found lots of snake skins up in the attic.
