Sounds like me when I was a flatrate GM tech. Industrious, accurate, and made more hours per week than anybody in the shop. So they started to try to rein me in by lowering the work dispatched to me. Nevermind that they were paid for every hour I turned. They only saw what they were paying me per hour and that the hourly guy could do it for less. I rode the bench while the other guys dispatch boxes were full. I would'nt quit like they were hoping, made them lay me off so they could pay me to stay home. That place is out of business now.
