With those cast numbers and if it has the flat PTO housing the rear is a later 41 or early 42 model. The engine is not original and the engine block is newer than the transmission. First part of 1941 had 8002DC transmission housing casting. If I remember correct the engine block casting number 6943-DJ you give didn't get to DJ until in the 1947 to 1949 area.
