The high/low Shermans are the ones you need...you can actually use them when you have a low 1st and reverse. They are around, I just sold one last year on an 8N....and yes, high range is 21 mph or so in 4th gear. Trouble is you have to start out in 2nd or 3rd....not enough power to get them going in 4th.
