I just got a Yamaha Golf Car model G1-AM4, 1984, number 031-008769. It is 2 cycle gasoline with a 2-cycle oil injection system. Having problems with it picking up and starting. I thought it was idling, but by removing spark plug, I now think it is just using the starter. Will pick up and run strong, but very finickey. Seems to need choking. I took the sparkplug out, hooked up the wire, grounded it and turned starter. Spark is very small and kind of white colored. Should this spark be bright and snap like a regular auto spark?? Using new plug, and battery is completely charged up. Thanks for your help. Tom
