The 600 became the 601 which became the early or 'Prior' 2000. The 800/801/became the Prior 4000. They both ended production in early 1965. All had 4 cyl engines. The 3000 was a whole new platform starting in 4/65. Was a 3 cylinder engine. Goofy Ford also made a 3 cyl 2000 and 3 cyl 4000 which causes a lot of confusion
