Try pulling the choke out when it starts to lose power. If that makes it run better, you're either low on fuel, or high on air (vacuum leak). Probably low on fuel- turn off the fuel at the sediment bulb fixture, take off the sediment bulb, and then turn fuel back on. You should have a good, healthy steady stream. I suspect you'll just have a drip or dribble. That means the intake to the sediment bulb is mostly clogged- take off the sediment bulb fixture, and clean the tank.
