I was playing around on Amazon last night when I got the idea that I should probably replace the fuel line on my parents Mantis again. I looked it up, and sure enough there it is, for $5 or $9. A new air filter is another $5, and the carb for under $40. This thing has always been touchy and I've cleaned the carb several times, but it just never seems to run right for more than a week or 2 and then it'll run poorly again.
I decided to pul the trigger and order it all. Last year it never got used at all, and the year before I got it ready to go in March with a new fuel filter, fuel line, cleaned the carb, etc... and by the time we needed it in April/May, it ran like crap again.
So, whenever it gets here, I'll have to tear into that now too....
