I use DeWalt 18V at work LiOn, at home NiCad and NiMh Work well for me prefer the LiOn batteries mainly because they will not let you ruin them by using them past where they need recharging. Bought new NiCads after learning the hard way, by using them on a saw until the blade quits moving then throwing the battery on the charger hot. Black and Decker Professional power tool line was unbeatable, non better back in the 70's -80's. Home owner line was very light duty. You got what you paid for. Delta/Rockwell/Porter Cable was same way with home owner and professional lines Glad to see manufacturing moving back
