Unions train there people ....electricians plumbers carpenters mechanics we are paid good wages we have retirement plans that we pay into I've worked on both sides ...had one S.O. B. of a boss that wasn't a union shop threatened workers on a regular basis I had no one to go to with my situation....that isn't tolerated in a union company
