You may sincerely believe that.... but it's been my observation and experience that a lot of things in life do not work that way. There's a large swath of people who want that service and quality but when push comes to shove they still go for cheap. That's why everything is the way it is in this land. I've got some hay customers who fit the very same model. They all want better quality but when it comes to paying for that quality they're nowhere to be found. You might find one in ten who actually means it when they say they'll pay for quality... Much the same when someone goes shopping at a discount parts house. Most times their intent in being there in the first place was because they wanted cheap... Otherwise they'd have gone to a dealer or NAPA right off the line.
