Please only comment about verizon. A friend and I only have verzion wireless prepaid at country house. We have 400 minutes on remaining on both phones. Friend is going to lose job at end of May. Decided to call AHC, to see what it would cost for health insurance.
Her phone goes dead, says out of minutes. I let her use my phone, same story. Reprogrammed phone #228, thinking something is wrong at verizon. I called her phone and both phones work just fine. Before each call is placed verizon tells me I have 6 hours and 45 minutes left. Call goes through. Same story with friends phone.
Called AHC again and we are out of minutes. Guess we will have to use a landline.
Has any one had similar problem?
Again, PLEASE NO COMMENTS ABOUT AHC, JUST ABOUT VERIZON PREPAID TELLING YOU ARE OUT OF MINUTES. WHEN YOU ARE NOT, WHILE CALLING AHC.
