Yep, it has (at least is supposed to have) a brass filter thingy in there (forget the name right now) that is supposed to drip if the bowl gets overfilled. Mine did and had a leak in the float. I just did a complete rebuild on it, not hard and kinda fun to do. Go over to the 9N/2N/8N forum for help. Gary (aka: GB in MT) over there is a master carb builder and is more than willing to have you call him and he'll walk you through. Did that on my first one, I had a 9N and an 8N carb to do and the one from the 8N had some strange things on it that weren't normal and Gary worked me through it.
