Actually was kinda funny. I was one of several NCOs that were assigned to evaluate a National Guard unit on the tactical part of their 2 week AT. I was kinda appalled at how informal they were with some of the enlisted people calling some officers by first name. When I ask the commander about that it turned out that he was the civilian employee of one of his enlisted people.
