I'm trying to fix my neighbors White 2-60. The 3 pt. arms will not lift. If I raise them by hand with the control lever up, they will stay up and they lower normally. I replaced the hydraulic pump, cleaned the filter and replaced the fluid. Any suggestions on troubleshooting:?? Since it is not my tractor, I don't know if someone has been messing with it and changed something, so I don't know if I'm starting with things where they belong. FYI, there is plenty of pressure and flow at the remotes.
