I wouldn't put much stock in that poll. Bunch of sissified, nanny state, shun the individual and embrace the collective kinds of criteria. The quality of life is defined in many ways and a guy living in one of those "bad places" could, in many ways be happier than some fellow who is supposedly better off according to some pointy heady elitist's formula.
