Went to an auction yesterday looking for more equipment to add to my place. Guy had to retire due to health issues and had just updated a lot of equipment. Most of the equipment was a little too small for me to use on trees.
There was a lot of people at this auction, prices seemed a little high on the tractors to me.
2013 Univerco Row Weeder = $3,400, new these are $4,200 Newer King Kutter 8 foot box frame disc = $900
The rest the planting equipment was older and maintenance was a little spotty. Holland 1525 transplanter w/trickle tape = $325 Holland 1000 ground driven transplanter = $525 3 bottom plow = $350
They had two long rows of equipment, but being parked for a while, and unshedded, prices were low. I didn't keep track of prices on this stuff, as it was nothing I was going to attempt to rebuild.
5 sprayers, only 1 was decent shape, the other four all went cheap. Demulchers, dethatchers, multivator (split row rototiller to go down each side of a planting). All just rotting away.

This year we decided to try to sell a few tractor parts, literature and wrenches to offset my husband's buying sprees. Saturday
