I lived at home for several years after I finished high school. Never cared much for the el cheapo wines, just went for the el cheapo beer. Mama told me, "Now son,I don't mind you drinking a beer or two, as long as you drink it at home." (Actually, she liked a beer now and then too.) A&P grocery store sold a brand called "Tudor" which was cheap but tasted like beer. So like a good little boy, I would buy a six pack about every week and carry it home, and Mama was happy.
