Depending on how much you use it... Don't expect anything from Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, to last more than a year or two. These are home duty, designed to fail.
The difference in electric and gas powered pressure washers is the horse power. About the most power you can get out of a 120v outlet is 1 HP. Anything more and you're tripping the breaker. Buyer beware! Check the amp rating, don't believe the HP rating! The higher the HP, the higher the pressure, which makes gas more practical and safer than dragging out 220v extension cords!
