I do custom tractor work for a living now. It took 10 years to develop a good customer base. You have to be good at what you do, as there is always a newbie out there trying to take away your business. I have an advantage over the part timers because I am available any time of day, 7 days a week. I am at a disadvantage with the retired guys that are just looking to enhance their retirement fund....
