Imagine that. Curious way to treat a guest. Seriously though, maybe they just need a quick answer to something and don't have time to sit around on forums looking for the devil where he doesn't exist. Are we talking about a specific guest post that was offensive?
Think about it this way. Maybe a person isn't sure they like forums. So they are guests for a while, then maybe they register, after a while maybe they buy a few manuals or parts...mission accomplished! It's a commercial site, not a private lodge meeting.
