The 300 would be my choice. Even without a Fast-Hitch, meaning you'll need pull type implements it will do anything you want and more. 9N lacks a road gear, but has a 3 point hitch, no live PTO, and only 20 hp. Implements for it are super easy to find. The C is a good tractor, very nimble, might be a bit light on a hay baler if you have any hills. Pull type implements are getting harder to find due to high scrap prices, but can be found if you look. With your acreage you should be able to lay out your garden so you can make the wide turns needed with pull type implements. Value wise there is some difference between these tractors but it isn't huge. Condition would be a decider for me, particularly tire condition. Cost to rebuild any tractor is significant, so if any one of them was in much better shape than the others that could be a deciding factor for me.
