Check the manual or ask the dealer what pressure
the hydraulics should run on the tractor. The
hoses that are failing will have the rated
pressure stamped on them.

If the hoses are rated lower than the pressure,
there's the problem.

If the hoses are rated higher, temporary a gauge
in one or the valve ports and see what the
cracking point of the relief valve is compared to
the factory recommendation. The relief valve could
be stuck or someone adjusted it.
