Who are "we" and what is it we "want to do here"? Not trying to beat you up but what I read is that you feel you are part of a group who is always right and you don't care to hear any opposing opinions. This is an attitude that is getting pervasive in our society today and leads to talk about the Constitution being obsolete, and circumventing due process. I want to hear what Rich has to say, without regard to whether we agree or not. If you have a civil rebuttal to these comments, I would like to hear what you have to say also.
