The idea that comes to mind is that the frame of the bed is tweaked and results in the cylinders balancing the bed with equal force but unequal distance. To check this possibility, put a heavy timber under the bed across the truck frame with a second wood block that will hold the bed from the center (centered between the rams of the lift) 20 inches from all the way down. If, when this blocking takes the bed weight, the bed is twisted, and can be seen to be so, the frame is tweaked. (it can be straightened but lets find out if it is bent first. Jim
