Alright, so I have been doing my research. I can buy a 50 lb bag of Hard Red wheat for about $25. OR Soft White for a little more, which do I want? Is one spring and one winter, or does it matter?
I think that I want Hard Red, just because that is what we have always had, and because from my research it stores a little better.
Mom has a bag of this stuff I found in the pantry, so I went to look at it, all it says is Hard Red, no spring or winter, sooooo does that me that I just need to buy a bag and test it when it gets here and hope that it's Spring, or what? Here is a link to the stuff I am thinking about...
