I know how you feel. I had a big old tom cat here that used to come in the house during the day. Wanted out to night to prowl. Last time I let him out,there was a big cat fight on the front porch a few hours later and I never saw him again. I sure missed the old big guy. Our son's girlfriend brought another one over that somebody she worked with was threatening to drop off because she wanted to bite all the time. She was just playful. She's a great little cat. I know it's not much comfort right now,it wouldn't be to me if something happened to this one,but it'll be OK. Something will come along to fill the void.
