I may offend some by saying this but I do not need some special plate or mark on my license to show to others I served our country. I did what I did as a volunteer because I thought it was the right thing to do. I followed my orders to the best of my ability no matter if you thought they were right or wrong. So unless you are disable in some way I really do not need you to thank me or pat me on the back and say how proud you are of the sacrifices I made. If you really wanted to thank me then maybe you should have been standing a post right next to me.
