I sold ours last fall. Grassy horse hay (some was pretty poor, some was pretty good) for $4/bale. Delivery was extra, .50 local, .75 for farther away. The farther away one was a solid 150 mile round trip but she took 3 loads, and promised to be back next year. We'll see about that but they were a pleasure to do business with.
If I keep this going I'm going to have to start investing towards a good trailer. Last year I borrowed my boss's trailer because I'm just starting up and spent some money getting a truck then getting it ready to haul.
