I just had to send in a form explaining why I am exempt from having to have a physical to go along with my class A. They said if I didn't send it in I would automatically have my license downgraded to class C. I called them and asked about it. I said I'm not currently driving trucks but want to keep my options open. They told me which box to check and I sent it in. I don't know why I keep up the Class A as I haven't used it in 25 years but...
