Don't know about that,but the tire guy here uses a flat brass bushing of some sort. I don't know where he gets them,but he just drills the hole out a little bigger for the bushing to fit,then there's a nut on it to tighten it in. Not sure if this thing from Gemplers is it or not,but it looks something like that.
