You might have a point there John. On a serious note, my 2013 or 2014 company Chevy van has a seat belt that is so orange that it pretty much glows in the dark. There aint no mistaking that thing. There aint no way to drive past a cop, see him pull a U-turn, slap it on before he pulls me over, and then tell him I had it on all the time. That thing is almost fire engine...orange. I've only seen it on my Chevy van. I thought maybe my company had it done special as part of the new fleet. But, wouldn't surprise me if Congress or DOT has something to do with it moving...forward.
