ANYHOW, the plug in question is next to the rear of the back cam bearing, and gets installed after the cam bearing. I think I sorta covered it when I said "improperly installed cam bearing", as the plug is part of the job!
That being said, we here on the Forums don't have "x-ray vision" to see inside your engine block via the internet! NO one can tell you anything more, for sure, than what's been said. Your gonna have to pull the engine and (at the very least) pop the plug out next to the cam bearing, and have a LOOK. MOST likely, you'll have to pull the front of the engine, undo the valve train, and pull the cam, as well.
