I was pulled over by a State Highway Patrol the other day, a good looking Hispanic female. She told me I was driving too fast and ask for my insurance certificate. I reached up over the visor and got it and handed it to her. She said that was good a couple of years ago. I reached and got another one. That one, she said, was good last year.
