Easiest way is to find a girl whose folks have a farm and cozy up to her, then help without fail on the farm whenever called upon and then some.
The other way is slower, and harder. Start out small, and with what you can afford. Build your credit and machinery, find a farm and buy it. This also involves keeping your bills paid and credit clean. Pick up acreage as you can, and farm it to produce. Make good relations with a few of the local farmers and you may be able to swap some labor for a bit of machine use as needed. If you do this, you may just look around after about twenty years and realize you've actually built a rather nice business.
